What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone if given, and your project description. Our website also collects standard analytics data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) through Google Analytics when you consent to it.

How we use it

Contact details are used to answer your request and manage your project. Project materials, manuscripts, and story details are used only to deliver the work you hired us for, and are covered by our confidentiality terms and any NDA we sign with you.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, share manuscripts with anyone outside your project team, use your book in our marketing without written permission, or add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.

Cookies and consent

Analytics and advertising cookies load only after consent, with region-appropriate defaults (visitors in the EU, UK, and Switzerland default to declined). You can change your choice anytime via the cookie settings link in the footer banner.

Data retention and requests

Quote requests are retained for up to 90 days if no project begins. Project files are retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable archival period. To access or delete your data, email info@scriters.com and we will respond within 30 days.
