Scriters
About

The book company that shows you everything

Public pricing, milestone payments, and clients who own 100% of their work. Built against an industry that hides all three.

Authorship ownership: you keep the key to your book

Scriters has operated since 2021 as a writing studio for people who have a book in them and need professionals to get it out: ghostwriting, editing, design, publishing, and marketing under one roof.

In 2026 we rebuilt the company around a simple observation: the book-services industry runs on opacity. Hidden prices that flex to the sales call. Full payment upfront, then upsells. Books published under the agency's own accounts so the royalties pass through their hands. Bestseller guarantees nobody can keep. Authors, many of them first-timers spending real savings, deserve the opposite.

So the rules we operate by are published, and they are contractual, not aspirational: rates on the website, milestone payments of about 30% to start, work-for-hire contracts that assign every right to you, and accounts (Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, ACX) that are created under your identity from day one. When a project ends, we hand over files, credentials, and a manual, and you owe us nothing further, including loyalty.

We are equally plain about what we do not do: we do not cold-call authors, we do not promise bestsellers, we do not buy reviews, and we do not sell unedited AI output as human ghostwriting. Where software assists our process, the scope document says exactly how.

One honest thing more, since our prices are a fraction of the big firms and you deserve to know why. We are a lean international studio, not a large agency with a commissioned sales floor and the overhead that pays for it. We charge once for defined work rather than taking a permanent cut of your royalties. That is the whole reason we cost less. It is not a discount that turns into upsells later, because the price is the price, in writing, before you pay anything.

We are also adding a team page with real names, faces, and published work, because asking for your trust anonymously would sit badly with everything above. In the meantime, evaluate us the way we would evaluate anyone: ask hard questions on an optional call or just read the terms we work under and the prices we publish.
